While we are honored to care for patients no matter what type of insurance or catastrophic health coverage you may have, we are limited in the care that we are able to provide for patients with certain types of insurance. These insurance companies have contracted with designated preferred providers. We are not preferred providers and will be out of network for all insurance companies.
